The Style Perspective (Fashion & Psychology)

The Style Perspective: Fashion as a Language of Survival

I don’t follow trends, and I don’t dress for the industry. For me, fashion is a deeply personal, psychological "twist" on how we present our lived experiences to the world.

Through my studies in Community Psychology and Trauma Relief, I’ve come to understand that what we put on our bodies is often a reflection of our internal landscape.

The Shield: Sometimes we wear bold colors or structured blazers to act as a suit of armor on days we feel vulnerable.

The Grounding: We choose specific textures to keep us present when the world feels overwhelming.

The Beat: Ultimately, the clothes I wear are because I dance to my own beat.

This page is dedicated to exploring the "why" behind the wardrobe—viewing personal style not as a superficial choice, but as a tool for resilience and a declaration of self-worth.
