Creating Your Wellness : One Day At A Time

What are the five characteristics of Aesclepian Healing?

Holistic- It covered the full scope of the human experiences. PsychoSpiritual, biological, interpersonal, and worldly.

Evolutionary- is the step by step development changes in our life that extend our knowledge, resources, and capacities.

Intentional- Intention is very closely related to attention. Intention is the faculty of consciousness that allows us to thoughtfully, carefully, and proactively determine our choices and carry them out.

Person-centered- This is an approach to the body, mind, and spirit.

Dynamic- Is an ever so changing experience because we are always changing.

The result of teaching holistic health in this simple and straight-forward manner has been a greater understanding and practice of the principles by a larger number of people.
